Tractor-Trailer Driver Misjudges Curve, Hits Dump Truck In Northampton County (Photos) A tractor-trailer collided with a dump truck in Northampton County early Thursday, causing a temporary road closure, authorities said. The tractor-trailer was heading southbound on Belvidere-Martins Creek Highway and Route 611 when it struck a dump truck that was stopped at a stop sign near South Delaware Drive in Lower Mt. Bethel Township shortly before 6:25 a.m., according to the Lower Mt. Bethel Sandt's Eddy Fire Company.
