Anthony Garvin, of Netcong, was charged with murder and possession of a firearm and lodged in the Berks County Jail in Leesport, PA, a spokesperson for the Warren County Prosecutor's Office said following the Thursday, June 28 incident. NJ Shooting Suspect Captured In PA, Cops Say A shelter in place for a New Jersey town has been lifted after the manhunt for a shooting suspect led to his arrest in Pennsylvania on Thursday morning, June 27, police said. Around 9:40 a.m., Independence Township and New Jersey State Police responded to a home on  Alphano Road for a shooting, prompting a shelter-in-place for the neighborhood, the county prosecutor's office said.
