Newly released police camera body footage captures deputies with the Warren County Sheriff's Office slamming a 77-year-old man to the ground during his arrest. Authorities originally said that Ralph Ennis "fell over" when deputies arrested him for reckless driving in Fort Royal, Virginia in April. However, the video shows one deputy running up to Ennis and throwing him against Ennis' red pickup truck. Another deputy is seen jumping on top and sending both men to the ground.
