1 Driver Injured Following Two-Car Crash That Left Traffic Lights Inoperable In Delaware Co. One driver was left injured following a two-car crash that left traffic lights inoperable in Nether Providence Monday night, authorities said. Upon arrival, authorities determined the driver of an orange car had driven through a red light, which resulted in them striking an SUV as it traveled through the intersection of Providence and Brookhaven Roads around 10:55 p.m., according to Nether Providence police.
