'Officer-Involved Shooting' Under Investigation In Levittown: DA The Bucks County District Attorney's Office is investigating after police shot a man in Falls Township on Tuesday, March 28.  It happened during an early-morning traffic stop, said DA Matthew Weintraub in a release. Walter Oliver Baker, 36, a professor at the school was charged following the Aug. 27  incident.
