Toddler Identified After Drowning In Lancaster Neighbor's Pool (Update) The identity of a 3-year-old boy who wandered into a neighbor's pool around noon on a Sunday earlier this month has been released by his family.  Pujan Chouhan is believed to have "walked away from his home on Wheatland Ave. unbeknownst to his family, and within a short amount of time had made his way onto a nearby residential property where the pool was located," East Hempfield Township Police investigators said.  He was found in a neighbor's backyard pool, in the 1720 block of Wheatland Avenue, at 12:08 p.m. on May 5, the police and the coroner detailed in their separa…
