Spirit Airlines is taking the blame for placing a 6-year-old boy flying solo on the wrong Florida-bound flight out of Philadelphia, CNN and WINK-TV report. A 24-year-old commercial airlines pilot and his dad were identified as the victims killed in a small plane crash in South Jersey Monday, Sept. 19.
