Eight people including four inmates have been charged in connection with a drug-smuggling operation at the Berks County Jail, authorities have announced. Berks County Man, Dog Fatally Struck By Hit-Run Drivers
Police are investigating after a truck and two other vehicles ran over a Berks County man and his dog early Thursday morning, authorities said.
