Convict Sexually Assaults 2 Woman In Elizabethtown Parking Lot, Police Say
A convict was found with blood coming from his face in an Elizabethtown parking lot following two sexual assaults, borough police announced on Tuesday, Sept. 10.
Richard J. Copenhaver III, 29, of Mountville, was found in the 200 block of South Market Street in Elizabethtown Borough by Corporal Goshen and Officer John Stewart at 9:10 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 9, as detailed in a release.
Copenhaver had a "laceration to her nose and was covered in blood," as stated in the release, where police also noted he was "under the influence."

Allen G. English, 84 of West End Avenue, Lititz Borough, and his daughter, Grace English-Rohrer of Pine Drive, Lancaster, were killed at the scene of the crash on PA Route 322. A granddaughter is accused of attacking her grandfather, trespassing, violating a proection order, and sending police on a foot pursuit during two separate incidents in May and June 2022, authorities say.

Three Victims Of 2 Fatal Route 30 Crashes IDd By Coroner
The identities of the three people killed in two separate crashes along Route 30 have been released by the Lancaster County Coroner’s office.
Both crashes happened on Nov. 10, in West Hempfield Township near the Prospect Road interchange, as Daily Voice reported at the time.
The first crash occurred when Tinnell Davis Jr., 23, of Baltimore, Maryland, and Cayla Raye, 23, of Aberdeen, Maryland, who were in a Honda Accord, crossed the grass median and hit a box truck, according to police.
