DUI Driver 'Had No Recollection' Of Double Fatal Crash Moments After It Happened: MontCo DA An accused DUI driver has been arrested in connection with a crash that killed two women in Montgomery County early this year.  Khaliym Smith, 22, of Pottstown, was found standing outside his overturned Jeep Wrangler in Upper Providence around 2:30 a.m. on Feb 12, according to charging documents from the District Attorney's Office.  GIvonah Mitchell Facebook photo Maya Garner, 22, was found dead a short distance away, and GIvonah “Gigi” Mitchell, 23, was taken to Penn Presbyterian Hospital where she died from her injuries, authorities said.  The women, both of Philade…
