A 62-year-old man from Huntington Valley registered to vote in Florida and Pennsylvania during the last presidential election and other elections, authorities said.
Philip C. Pulley was charged with falsely registering to vote, double voting, and election fraud, according to U.S. Attorney Jacqueline C. Romero
In 2018, while registered to vote in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, Pulley also registered to vote in Broward County, Florida, Romero said.

Tornado Watch Shifts, Now Covers These Counties Across NJ, PA As Debby Creeps In
The National Weather Service has shifted its tornado watch across New Jersey and Pennsylvania as Hurricane Debby creeps in.
In New Jersey, the tornado watch is in effect through 10 p.m. Friday, Aug. 9 and covers Bergen, Essex, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union and Warren counties in North Jersey.
In Pennsylvania, the tornado watch is issued in Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon, Monroe, and Bucks counties.
The tornado threat for South Jersey has diminished since the initial watch was issued early Friday morning, which has since been canceled.

PA Catalytic Converter Theft Ring Shut Down, DA Says
An organized catalytic converter theft ring operating in multiple Pennsylvania counties has been busted up with the arrest of five men, authorities said.
The ring operated in Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, Chester and Philadelphia counties, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele and Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer.

Barber Fires 7 Shots, Kills Neighbor While On Phone With Dispatchers, Montco DA Says
A barber calling police on his neighbor shot and killed him while on the phone with dispatchers, authorities in Montgomery County said.
Stephen Strassburg, of Hatboro, was on the phone with dispatchers when 41-year-old Maurice Byrd shot him just before 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele said.
Strassburg lives above Byrd's business, Razor Reese's Salon and Spa on North York Road, and the two apparently had been involved in an ongoing dispute, Steele said alongside Hatboro Police Chief Mark Ruegg.
