A woman is dead following a triple stabbing in Lancaster County, the coroner announced on Monday, Nov. 4. Carmen Martinez-Silva, 50, was found dead in the yard of her home in the 2900 block of Dell Lane, according to the coroner's release. Flames shot out of a chimney in Lancaster County early Monday morning, Oct. 28, fire officials announced. The chimney fire broke out in the 200 block of Center Road in East Drumore Township at 5:42 a.m. while Robert Fulton Fire Company crews were already assisting the Quarryville Fire Company on the scene of a four acre wood fire, officials explained.
