PA Man Accused Of Groping Woman At Sheetz Gas Pump A Palmyra man tried to reach up a woman's shorts while she was pumping gas at a Morgantown Sheetz, according to authorities.  Police said Dean Balsamo, 44, approached the 18-year-old victim around 2:40 p.m. on August 8 and groped her.  The victim reported the incident to Caernarvon Township police and investigators identified Balsamo as the suspect.  He was charged with harassment, disorderly conduct, and indecent assault and arraigned on Sept. 26, where his bail was set at $10,000, court records show.  Balsamo has a preliminary hearing in a Berks County court schedule…

Gary Hacker, of Elverson, was caught exposing himself in the parking lot of BB's Grocery Outlet in Morgantown by a female customer, Caernarvon Township police said in a Tuesday, May 10 release. The incident happened on Tuesday, March 29, records show. He was charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct. A woman notified local police and said that her ex-boyfriend, Matthew Leroy, 46, was upset on a phone call and threatened to kill her on Dec. 26, 2020, Caernarvon Township police said. Officers obtained a warrant for Leroy and he was later charged with terroristic threats, harassment, and disorderly conduct, police said.
