Pennsylvania Police Link 14-Year-Old Arrested During Traffic Stop On I-80 To Ohio Homicide
A 14-year-old was stopped driving a stolen vehicle from Ohio along Interstate 80 east in western Pennsylvania, on Saturday, Nov. 5, according to state troopers. During the stop, they observed a gun which soon had state troopers saying: "The totality of the circumstances suggested the likelihood the juvenile may have used the gun to kill the registered owner, and then stole his vehicle." Pennsylvania State Trooper Charged With Harassment
A Pennsylvania state trooper has been charged with harassment. Pennsylvania State Trooper Nickolas Robert Elliott, 30, of Butler County, was cited on Thursday. He has been charged with a summary offense for harassment/physical contact, according to court documents. The charge is based on an allegation of unwarranted use of force. The charge was filed following an investigation by the Bureau of Integrity and Professional Standards, Internal Affairs Division. Pennsylvania State Trooper Charged With Trying To Withdraw Friend's Traffic Ticket
A Pennsylvania State Police Trooper is facing criminal charges on accusations he tried to withdraw a traffic citation issued to an acquaintance by another trooper, authorities said. Trooper Trask Alexander, 29 of Beaver Falls was charged on April 22 with tampering with records or identification, tampering with public records or information and obstructing administration of law or other governmental function, according to PSP.
