Pair Allegedly Killed By Philly Murderer ID'd By York County Coroner
The pair allegedly killed by a convicted murderer has been identified by the York County Coroner, according to a release on Thursday, Oct. 10.
Randy Zink, 66, and Tammy Quiel, 56, both of the 3200 block of Eastern Boulevard in Springettsbury Township were found dead at the home they shared with Rangel Vangas, 53, most recently of York but previously of Philadelphia, according to the coroner's updated release.

Five days after the Amber Alert for a kidnapped toddler was called off— after the girl was found safe— the woman who abducted her has been captured, police say.
Maria McKenzie, 27, of Springettsbury Township, allegedly kidnapped Mya Campbell, 2, of York County, when she stole a car near Royal Farms along Mount Zion Road around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 5, according to police.
Campbell was found around 7 p.m. that same day in the Philadelphia area, police said at the time.

The Amber Alert for a kidnapped toddler was called off after the girl was found safe Sunday, June 5, but the search for the woman who abducted her continues, police say.

A central Pennsylvania woman died after crashing into a brick wall, crossing into traffic, causing multi-vehicles to collide, before striking a vehicle head-on, according to a release by the York County Coroner's office.
Rebecca Shingleton, 65, of the 300 block of Stonewood Road in Springettsbury Township, was driving west along the 3200 block of East Market Street when she lost control of her car on Monday around 1:24 p.m., according to the release.
Shingleton crashed into the wall, then crossed a median and collided head-on with a vehicle in the eastbound lane, the release states.
