PA Man Tried To Cheat Drug Test With Synthetic Urine: Police A Chambersburg man was caught attempting to furnish drug-free urine during a probation office visit, police announced on Oct. 29, 2024. William James Yohe, 49, was charged after the alleged incident on the 400 block of Walker Road in Chambersburg on Oct. 15, 2024, according to the Chambersburg Police Department. Yohe is accused of attempting to use synthetic urine while meeting with Franklin County Adult Probation Officers, police said. He has been charged with furnishing drug-free urine, a criminal offense under Pennsylvania law.

PA Convict Cuts Off Ankle Monitor Going On The Run: Police A convict cut off her ankle monitor and is on the run, Chambersburg police announced on Thursday, Aug. 22.  Heather Marie Dell, 48, of Chambersburg, went missing from the House of Hope located at 230 E Queen St on July 22, the police detailed in the release.  She was "on electronic monitoring and under the supervision of Franklin County Adult Probation," they explained adding that "Dell cut off her ankle monitor and left her residence.
