Pennsylvania Teen Admits To Killing 23-Year-Old Man When He Was 14 Years Old Elijahuwon A. Brown, now 16, has pleaded guilty, admitting that he shot and killed 23-year-old Rolando Rivera when he was only 14 years old, according to court documents and the Lancaster District Attorney's office.  Brown confessed to shooting Rolando "Peanut" Nazir Rivera, 23, of the 200 block of Ruby Street in Lancaster,  in the 500 block of Third Street around 9:45 p.m. on August 27, 2021.  He was seen on video surveillance in the area just before the shooting. 70 Shots Fired Near Central PA Barber Shop: Police Approximately 70 shots were fired into a barber shop in Lancaster city on Nov. 2022 at 2:09 a.m., police say.  The Lancaster City Bureau of police was called to the DC Dior Cuts 648 East Walnut Street in Lancaster city for reports of gunshots in the area.  Officers located approximately 70 spent shell casings at the scene with a significant number of shots causing damage to the barbershop.
