A Connecticut couple visiting friends in Pennsylvania was killed in a high-speed hit-and-run crash, and the driver has pleaded guilty to their deaths, authorities said. John Thomas Wadlinger Jr., 32, of Bensalem, admitted guilt to 20 charges, including two counts each of homicide by vehicle while DUI and homicide by vehicle, before Common Pleas Judge C. Ricardo Cordero Charged For Eusebio Forestier's Death
A driver has been charged with homicide by vehicle after a high-speed crash killed a man in a wheelchair, Harrisburg police announced on Tuesday, Nov. 12. Ricardo Alfredo Contreras-Cordero was driving north on 2nd Street when his vehicle left the roadway, crashing into multiple buildings and striking a pedestrian on the west sidewalk. The collision occurred around 3:15 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6, in the 300 block of North Second Street. The victim, 68-year-old Eusebio Forestier of Harrisburg, was using a mobility scooter at the time. A passenger has been found guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter for a fatal crash on Interstate 78, the Berks County District Attorney's Office annoued on Friday, Oct. 11. Dustin Micheal Harbaugh, 37, of Lebanon, was convicted for causing the crash that killed Jason Carl Blauch, 38, of Myerstown, according to the DA and his obituary posted by Rohland Funeral Home Inc. Motorcyclist, 26, Killed In Hit-Run Crash Was From Mount Pocono
A 26-year-old motorcyclist from Mount Pocono was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Monroe County, authorities said. The fatal crash occurred at about 11 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16 on State Route 611 at Cayuga Drive in Coolbaugh Township.
