Murder Suspect With 36+ Year Record Of Crimes Across PA Arrested: Police
A 58-year-old former convict has been arrested for murder among other charges, Harrisburg police announced on Thursday night. Carel Dell Foster of Harrisburg was arrested in connection with the deadly stabbing of William Gonzalez, 51 also of Harrisburg, on Nov. 9, police detailed. Gonzalez was found stabbed to death in Harrisburg on Sunday night, city police announced the following morning. He was identified as the victim by Dauphin County officials on Monday, Nov. 6.
