Missing Man Was Last Seen Near Reservoir In Delaware County, Police Say A man last seen on Monday, July 8 is now the subject of a missing persons investigation, Marple police say.  Stephen Sentyz, 42, was last seen going north along Route 252 near the Springton Lake Reservoir, authorities said. Police searched the area near the reservoir on Wednesday, July 10.  Sentyz was wearing a blue t-shirt, shorts, and black/white sneakers, according to investigators. Cold CASE: More Questions Than Answers In Philly Girl's 1985 Disappearance Nearly 40 years after she was last seen, police are still working to establish the basic facts in the disappearance of 3-year-old Jeanine Barnwell.  Barnwell was reported missing on Nov. 15, 1985, but investigators have long suspected she vanished before that day, according to Pennsylvania State Police.  She was last seen by her mother and is said to have gone missing from her Germantown home at 5169 Wakefield Street.  Many circumstances surrounding her disappearance are still unknown, but initial investigators suspected foul play, according to missing persons database …
