Seeing Double: Pair Of Montco Lottery Players Win $3 Million Each Two different Pennsylvania Lottery players in Montgomery County became millionaires playing scratch-off tickets this week, according to state gaming officials. Each lucky winner earned $3 million playing the "Ho Ho Holiday 100X" Scratch-Off, said the Pennsylvania Lottery.  The tickets were sold at the 1760 Dekalb Pike GIANT in Blue Bell and at the 1906 Swamp Pike Wawa in Gilbertsville, officials said.
