A 37-year-old mother of four was killed in a crash after striking several parked cars on Monday, Sept. 9 in Schuylkill County, authorities announced the following morning. Lisa Marie Dimitri, of Pottsville, was pronounced dead in the Emergency Department at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest at 10:20 a.m., according to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio. A 17-year-old boy died early Tuesday, Sept. 10 after being shot multiple times in Philadelphia, authorities said. Just before midnight, Philadelphia police responded to a person with a gun shooting on the 1800 block of West Sedgley Avenue, in the 39th District, they said. A 22-month-old boy is in the hospital after being mauled by two dogs early Tuesday morning, Sept. 10, the South Lebanon Township Police announced. The toddler was staying at a babysitter's home when the dogs attacked, according to the release.
