A 69-year-old counselor from Mechanicsburg is accused of making inappropriate sexual comments to a client during an online therapy session, Lower Allen Township police announced on Friday, Feb. 10.
Brian P. Daly, a licensed counselor affiliated with an online mental health service, allegedly steered the conversation toward sexual topics and asked to see pictures of the victim, telling her she “sounded sexy,” police said.

Court records updated on Saturday, Jan. 18, show Zandstra was acquitted of all charges following a trial on Friday, Jan. 17. The charges included Criminal Homicide, First-Degree Murder, Second-Degree Murder, and Third-Degree Murder. A Harrisburg man has been charged after allegedly exposing himself to a juvenile coworker in the stockroom of a store at Capital City Mall, Lower Allen Township police announced on Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2025.
Charles Vernard Terry, 27, reportedly asked a juvenile employee to help him in the stockroom of the mall on Friday, Dec. 13, 2024, at approximately 9:40 a.m., according to police.
While in the stockroom, Terry pulled down his pants, exposing himself to the victim, police said. He also made inappropriate sexual comments during the incident, authorities added.

A 31-year-old actor and Hawthorne resident was arrested and charged on Thursday, Oct. 10, with sending sexual messages to a 14-year-old girl, Daily Voice has learned.
Matthew Kresch sent the text messages to the girl as part of an attempt to lure her into having sex, Hawthorne police said. He was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of luring.
