Blow Dart Bird Death In Central PA, Police Say The death of a bird is under investigation by police in Central Pennsylvania, according to a release on May 30, 2023.  A robin was found struck dead by blow-dart arrows in the 600 block of Adelia Street in Middletown Borough on May 26, 2023, according to the release.  Officers were called to the area for a report of suspicious activity and found the deceased robin. Non-Verbal Wheelchair-Bound Man Abandoned By Caretaker In Car In Central PA, Police Say In only a t-shirt and shorts, a non-verbal wheelchair-bound 34-year-old man was found abandoned by his caretaker, authorities say.  The paid caregiver 63-year-old Joseph Mbugua Munyambu, on Jan. 7 at 10:53 a.m., according to a release by the Middletown Borough police.  Officers were first called to the 100 Block of Pathfinder Drive for an abuse/neglect call around 9:30 a.m.  A witness saw "an unattended male in the backseat of a parked vehicle for an extended period of time, and the vehicle was not running," according to a release by the department the following Monday.…
