A girl who has recently moved to Enola has gone missing, according to her mom. The East Pennsboro Township Police announced they are 14-year-old looking for Alani Pierce, in a release at 2:10 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12. A multi-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer has led to lane restriction on Interstate 81, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice on Friday, Aug. 9. The crash happened on I-81 South in the center and right lane at mm 58.3 around 4:40 p.m., according to Schreffler. The lane restriction is at Exit 59: Route 581 East to Route 11: Camp Hill, according to PennDOT's 511PA. PSP and Beltway Patrol are on the scene. A 56-year-old convicted rapist from Pennsylvania is facing charges for reporting a fake address in order to comply with Meghan's Law, authorities said. David Pressler, a lifetime offender who was convicted of rape in May 1996, failed to provide a valid address to Pennsylvania State Police's Megan's Law Section, Camp Hill police said. Police were called to investigate the change of address on the 1800 block of Market Street on May 13, according to police. Pressler was subsequently charged with failure to provide accurate registration information.

A road has reopened following a natural gas leak in Central Pennsylvania, the police announced on Thursday evening. Initially, the 2100 block of Market Street was "closed to vehicles and pedestrians," the Camp Hill police stated in a release at 2:58 p.m. on May 9.
