14-Year-Old Girl Crossing Street With Mom Killed In Philly Hit-Run: Police A 14-year-old girl was killed in a hit-and-run crash, Philadelphia Police announced on Friday, Sept. 27. Dawn Watson, of 900 block of North 66th Avenue in Philly, was crossing the street with her mom when a dark vehicle traveling east at a high rate of speed struck the girl and fled the scene, the Philadelphia Police Department said. Murder Charge For PA Man After 'Intentional' Hit-Run: DA Whitehall man Rajgion Davis was charged Thursday, Sept. 26 with Criminal Homicide for the Friday, Aug. 9 murder of Stephen Fistner, a pedestrian who Davis intentionally struck with his car, according to authorities.
