MacArthur Wilson, 72, of Lansdale, is free on bail and awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to Strangulation and Endangering the Welfare of Children on Wednesday, Oct. 16, updated court documents state. Human Remains Found Near Delaware River In Philly: Police Bones belonging to an unidentified adult were found near the Delaware River in Philadelphia on Sunday, Nov. 3, police said. A witness stated that she was at Penn Treaty Park when she found two bones that appeared to be human shin bones at 5:02 p.m., according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
