A mail carrier, a train conductor and a retired corrections officer are among 31 men charged amid a massive roundup that produced some horrifying stories about online child sex abuse in the age of COVID, New Jersey authorities announced Wednesday. The US Department of Labor says it may fine a Central Jersey company up to $13,653 for coronavirus violations in its workplace. On Tuesday, the labor department's Occupational Health and Safety Administration cited a pharmaceutical and, biotech manufacturer from Eatontown. The company failed to protect dozens of employees from COVID-19 at its Monmouth County facility, OSHA said in a news statement. The autobiographical “Springsteen on Broadway” -- which sold $113 million in tickets during its original run -- will be the first show to open on the Great White Way since the March 2020 COVID pandemic shutdown. A 53-year-old Jersey Shore teacher accused earlier this month of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old student is facing accusations from more elementary school students, authorities said.
