A 38-year-old ride share driver from New Jersey has been charged in a hit-and-run crash that left a pedestrian critical in the suburbs of Philadelphia.
Jacques Mamy, of Trenton, NJ, surrendered to authorities in Bucks County in connection with the Saturday, June 10 crash on Route 1in Bensalem, PA, Bensalem police said.
