'Armed And Dangerous' Man Arrested After Standoff With PSP Sert A Waynesboro man wanted on multiple charges, including terroristic threats and firearm violations, was arrested following a standoff with law enforcement, police announced on Monday, Nov. 18. Timothy Charles Bickham Jr., 44, was taken into custody at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 17, after surrendering to Pennsylvania State Police Special Emergency Response Team officers at a residence in the 200 block of Hamilton Avenue, according to the Waynesboro Police Department. Chester PD: Ex-Con Who Led Pursuit Busted With Drugs, Handgun A Chester City ex-con who led a police pursuit Tuesday was busted with drugs and a handgun, authorities said. As a traffic stop was ordered for a black 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt after police noticed it had an expired registration plate, the passenger, Shawn Robertson Jr., got out of the car and fled on foot near Edgemont Avenue, City of Chester police said.
