A suspected serial bank robber was apprehended moments after he fled the PNC Bank on Hulmeville Road with $4,000 in cash on Monday, Dec. 23, authorities announced on Tuesday, Dec. 24.
Marc Masich, 47, of Amherst, NY, was captured by officers outside the bank at 5:21 p.m. while carrying a gray-and-white bag containing the stolen money, according to Bensalem police.

When Donte Powell pulled the trigger of a gun that he moments before held to his ex-girlfriend's head, nothing happened, authorities in Bucks County said.
The magazine had fallen from the firearm that Powell was pointing up the stairs of his ex's Bensalem home last Saturday May 20, and a safety mechanism wouldn't allow it to fire, police said.

An armed man who terrorized guests at Bucks County hotel more than two years ago will spend at least a decade behind bars, say authorities.
Ted Leroy Fosco, 58, was sentenced to 11 to 22 years in state prison on Friday, March 24, said Bucks District Attorney Matthew Weintraub in a release.

Jamell A. Oglesby was nabbed Wednesday, June 29 after he was spotted in the black Lexus ES 250 that Bensalem police say was involved in the robberies.
