Trio Arrested With Guns After Shots Fired From Atlantic City Hotel Balcony: Police
Two men and a woman were accused of firing gunshots from the balcony of a hotel near the beachfront in Atlantic City, authorities said.
In a news release on Tuesday, May 7, Atlantic City police said 42-year-old Corey Brown of Chesapeake, VA, 43-year-old Malik Dean of Philadelphia, and 41-year-old Zara Griffiths of Paoli, PA, were arrested on Saturday, May 5.
Officers responded to a report of gunshots fired from a balcony at the Club Wyndham Skyline Tower on South North Carolina Avenue at around 10:20 p.m. Police learned that the shots came from a room on the 21st floor.

Men Arrested On Drug, Gun Charges During Atlantic City Traffic Stop: Police
A pair of men were charged with multiple drug and weapons offenses during a traffic stop, authorities said.
On Thursday, May 25 at 12:35 p.m., Atlantic City Detectives Christopher Dodson and Eric Evans conducted a motor vehicle stop at Tennessee and Pacific avenues.
During the stop, K9 Officer Michael Braxton and his K9 partner, Ryker, responded as back up.
K9 Ryker, trained in narcotic detection, showed a positive indication for the presence of drugs in the vehicle, police said.

A 34-year-old man from Philadelphia has been indicted on murder and weapons charges in a fatal stabbing in a casino hotel room, authorities said.
Andrew Osborne, 34, of Philadelphia, PA, was indicted on Thursday, Dec. 15, by an Atlantic County Grand Jury on one count of first-degree murder and a weapons offense, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.

A 47-year-old man was found stabbed to death in an Atlantic City casino hotel room, authorities said.
On Friday, Sept. 23, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Atlantic City police responded to a hotel room within the Ocean Casino Resort for an unresponsive man.
The man, later identified as Brian Wilkinson, of Egg Harbor Township, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.

A series of shootings left three people wounded in Atlantic City, authorities said.
At 10:41 p.m. Monday, Atlantic City patrol officers responded to the 1200 block of Drexel Avenue in reference to a ShotSpotter alert, a police spokesman said.
There was evidence of gunfire located, but no victim located on Drexel, police said.

A motorist who stopped to help another motorist involved in a crash was struck and killed in South Jersey, authorities said.
Atlantic City police were called to Route 30 on a report of a collision about 10 p.m. Wednesday, a department spokesman said.
Responding patrol officers found that a Jeep SUV operated by an unidentified driver, 35, from Atlantic City, struck a center median and became disabled in the left lane of eastbound traffic.

A 59-year-old carjacking suspect led police on a chase through several towns n Atlantic County before his arrest, authorities said.
At 1:54 p.m., on Saturday, Atlantic City Police Officer Heriberto Barrios-Gomez was on foot patrol near the beach block of Arkansas Avenue when he heard a woman screaming, police said.
Barrios-Gomez saw the woman, 46, of Deptford, NJ, pulling at the driver’s side door of a vehicle and he ran to her to help.
