Wanted Man Stole Firearm From Poconos Gun Range: Police
A man wanted by Easton police is now accused of stealing a handgun from a shooting range in Stroudsburg, according to authorities. Lawrence J. Handlovic, 34, walked into Pocono Pistol at 85 North 1st Street on July 4, said police. He rented a 9mm Glock handgun, used the indoor shooting range, then fled with the gun through an emergency exit, according to investigators. Travelers Bring Loaded Guns To PHL Two Days In A Row: TSA
Transportation Security Administration agents stopped area residents from boarding planes with loaded handguns at the Philadelphia International Airport two days in a row this week, officials announced. The first incident involved a Coatesville man on Monday, Nov. 27, TSA said in a release. An X-ray unit at the security checkpoint revealed a 9mm handgun loaded with six bullets in his carry-on bag, according to authorities. A man in Bucks County faces felony gun charges after police say he opened fire at a Warminster home on Tuesday, March 21. Township police were called to the 300 block of Beech Street at about 11:30 p.m. for a report of shots fired, the department wrote in a release. On the scene, the alleged victim also told police they had received "harassing voicemails" from the suspect in the hours before the shooting, according to the department. TSA Busts Bethlehem Man With Loaded Gun At Lehigh Valley International Airport
A Bethlehem man was found with a loaded handgun Wednesday at the Lehigh Valley International Airport in Allentown, authorities said. TSA officers spotted the gun on the X-ray monitor at a security checkpoint, officials said. Police confiscated the 9mm handgun loaded with six bullets from the man’s carry-on bag, authorities said. The gun reportedly had one bullet in the chamber. It is the sixth gun seized by TSA officers at Lehigh Valley International Airport in 2021.

Philadelphia Man Arrested In Triple Norristown Shooting, Police Say
A 38-year-old Philadelphia man was in custody in connection with a triple shooting that left two women hospitalized Monday night in Norristown, authorities said. Arriving officers found two women with multiple gunshot wounds in the 500 block of Green Street around 11:10 p.m. Norristown police said. Two people were in custody and one person hospitalized after gunfire broke out during an arranged child custody exchange in Lancaster County, authorities said. Rashaun Taylor and Thalia Ortiz, both of Reading, were arrested shortly after police issued a Be On The Lookout "BOLO" alert Sunday night, the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department said.
