Armed Man On Loose After Trying To Rob Screaming Victim In New Rochelle Authorities are searching for a man who tried robbing a victim at gunpoint in Westchester.  The incident happened in New Rochelle on Wednesday, Oct. 9 just before 7 p.m., when a Hispanic man approached a 66-year-old woman on foot and showed a silver handgun while demanding her belongings, according to New Rochelle Police.
