Tractor-Trailer Overturns On Route 17 In Hudson Valley (Developing) A tractor-trailer overturned on Route 17 in Orange County on Friday morning, Oct. 2. The crash happened on Route 17 between Interstate 84 and Exit 121E in Middletown at around 9:20 a.m. on Friday, according to 511NY traffic reports.  The website showed slowed traffic in the area.  More information about the crash has not yet been released.
