Mohegan Lake Complex Sells For $54M The Landing at Mohegan Lake has sold to Ginsburg Development for $54 million. The company announced the acquisition Tuesday of the 207-unit lakefront community, which features one and two-bedroom apartments. Ginsburg acquired the property from New Chalet Apartments. The apartments range in size from 712 to 1,215 square feet and rent from $1,860 to $2,595 per month.
