Hudson Valley Teen Nabbed With Cocaine, Handgun A 17-year-old Hudson Valley teen was busted with more than 11 grams of cocaine and a loaded handgun during a search of his home.  Aquel Scott, 17, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested Friday when members of the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department Neighborhood Recovery Unit, along with the Emergency Services Unit and the New York State Police served the warrant following an investigation into drug sales in the area, said City of Poughkeepsie Sgt.
