RHINEBECK, N.Y. -- Opening night of the Dutchess County Fair, on Tuesday, Aug. 23, will feature Third Eye Blind -- and advance discount combo tickets are available now.

Balloons Take Flight Over County In Annual Aerial Celebration
DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- Hot-air balloons will once again float over Dutchess County this weekend on July 8, 9 and 10 as the Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival takes flight from Barton Orchards in Poughquag.
With nearly 125 scheduled balloon launches between Friday and Sunday, fireworks, an expanded Moon Glow, helicopter rides from Independent Helicopters, children’s activities, food trucks and vendors, a tap room, bakery and farmer’s market, fire pits, live music and so much more, this year's festival aims to be one for the ages.
