Cops Find Gun In Garbage Bag After Neighbor Dispute In Hudson Valley, Man Charged: Police A man is facing felony charges after police investigating a dispute between neighbors in Sullivan County found a gun in a garbage bag that they had seen a child trying to dispose of, authorities said. Hurleyville resident Iqwan Mandiville, 34, was arrested following the incident on Main Street in Hurleyville on Friday, Oct. 9, according to the Fallsburg Police Department.   Police said officers responded to a home on Main Street after receiving a report of a dispute between neighbors. When officers arrived, they learned that one of the men involved had a handgun.  After…
