Trapped Driver Rescued After Crash Near Town Hall In Hudson Valley A driver was rescued from a mangled vehicle after a crash near a Dutchess County town hall. The crash happened at 12:38 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, on Route 52 in front of Fishkill Town Hall, according to the Rombout Fire Company. Responding crews found a driver inside the car and began efforts to rescue him.
