Mall In Hudson Valley Locked-Down After Report Of Active Shooter, Police Say A report of shots fired at a popular Hudson Valley mall proved to be unfounded after the mall was evacuated and locked down. The incident started around 2:50 p.m., Tuesday, June 22, in Orange County. The town of Wallkill Police received a report of shots fired at the Galleria Mall at Crystal Run in Middletown. Man Who Allegedly Videotaped Galleria Mall Co-Worker Undressing In Fitting Room Indicted A 28-year-old former employee at a children’s store in the area has been indicted for allegedly filming a co-worker who was undressing in a fitting room. Jose Munoz of Middletown was arraigned on three counts of felony second-degree unlawful surveillance. Munoz pleaded not guilty to the charges on Thursday, Nov. 15 in Orange County Court. Children's Store Employee Caught Taking Video Of Victim Undressing In Fitting Room, Police Say A 28-year-old employee at an area children's clothing store is behind bars after police say he was caught videotaping a victim undressing in a fitting room. The incident occurred on Tuesday, Oct. 23 at the Children's Place store in the Galleria Mall at Crystal Run in Middletown, state police said. The victim reported the incident to management who ultimately contacted state police.  A review of store surveillance cameras showed that Jose Munoz of Middletown was using a cell phone to peer into the fitting room while the victim was inside, police said.
