1 Dead, 2 Hospitalized After Gas Leak At Home ln Region A 66-year-old man died, and two others were hospitalized after a suspected gas leak at a home in the region.  The incident occurred in Sullivan County around 9:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 18, in Wurtsboro.
