Bicyclist Seriously Injured In Crash With SUV At Busy Long Island Intersection
A bicyclist was hospitalized with serious injuries after being struck by a teenage driver at a busy Long Island intersection, police said. First responders were dispatched to the intersection of New Highway and Walnut Road in North Amityville at approximately 8:15 p.m. on Friday, May 8, Suffolk County Police Commissioner Geraldine Hart said.
