Man Found Dead Behind Building In Brentwood An investigation is underway after a man was found dead on Long Island. The discovery was made behind a building in Brentwood, located at 345 Washington Ave., just after noon on Wednesday, April 3. The preliminary investigation and exam were inconclusive regarding the cause of death, Suffolk County Police said. The identity of the man and a cause of death will be determined by an autopsy by the Suffolk County Medical Examiner’s Office.
