I-84 Crash Causing Stop-Go Delays At I-684

A crash caused stop-and-go delays on a stretch of I-84 during much of the Tuesday morning commute.

The westbound crash, reported at 7 a.m., occurred near I-684 in Putnam County.

Delays stretched back to Fairfield County.
