He was 40 years old. He was born on July 1, 1979 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the son of Evelyn Cruz of Beacon and the late Ramon Luis Pacheco. Pedro graduated from high school and received an associate’s degree. He was a caseworker for Mental Health of America in Beacon before his illness.
