A child sexual abuse allegation dating back more than a decade has led to an arrest, New York State Police announced on Wednesday, June 17. Ricky M. Baker, 46, of Granville, was charged with Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree following an investigation into allegations involving a child, according to State Police. Troopers received information on June 1 indicating a past sexual assault of a child, police said. An 18-year-old man died after falling from a horse-drawn carriage in Central Park, police said. The incident happened near 71st Street and Center Drive at 2:47 p.m., according to the NYPD.
