A murderous fugitive from Albania wanted for two “blood feud” murders and another killing has been arrested in New York, authorities said. Valentin Ftoni was on the run for more than 25 years before law enforcement caught up with him Thursday, Oct. 8, the U.S. Marshals Service said.
