A 25-year-old man has been arrested on rape and child sexual performance charges following the disappearance of a 16-year-old girl who was found safe after a two-day search in Orange County.
Adeyemi Adegbemigun, age 25, was charged with third-degree rape and promoting a sexual performance by a child, the Orange County District Attorney's Office confirmed to Daily Voice on Thursday, Oct. 1.
