A 29-year-old man was shot and wounded on an Albany street on Sunday afternoon, Sept. 13, police said. Cops responded to the 300 block of Livingstone Avenue, near McArdle Avenue, around 2:30 p.m. Sunday for reports of a shooting, the Albany Police Department said. Officers arrived to find the 29-year-old victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the arm, police said. A trio of New York men were busted with cocaine after they were pulled over in a traffic stop in the Capital Region, authorities said. Steven M. Wescott, 40; Jason O. Allen, 47; and Patrick M. Howe, 48, were cuffed Thursday, Sept. 10 in Saratoga Springs, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s office said.
